AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COH-
1HSSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 196~
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established!!.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Rich1and Hills
met at 7: 30 P .H. JanuaI"J 2.3, 1969 to hear and determine the application
of ~fr. E.F. Crites Jr. to rezone the following described property from
its present classification of IF-12 One Family Dwelling to a proposed
classification of Planned Development.
Situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land in the J,1!.
Van Dusen Survey, Abstract No. 1588, and being more particularly described
as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the tvest line of Rufe Snow Road, said
point being 2659.9 feet North and 30.0 feet West of the Southeast corner
of said Van Dusen Survey; THENCE South 0° 181 vlest with saidh~.e$t_line ofRufe

ning of a curve whose center bears South 20° 08' vJest 171.6 feet; THENCE

59.4 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE North 89° 37' Hest 342.0 feet;
THENCE South 0° 23' v'Jest 429.9 feet; THENCE North 89° 49' Hest 493.66 feet;
THENCE North 0° 181 :East 607.82 feet; THENCE South 89° 371 :East 1001.8 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGDiITm~G, and containing 9.00 acres, more or less.
This property is North of Haltom-Ranchland Addition, and bounded by Rufe Snow
on the East.

approval of this zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Com-
mission, therefore, recommends the approval ot the City Council on Planning
and Zoning Case PZ 69-2.
