NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOt'lING RECOr-ftÅ’NDATION IS SUBHITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILI.S BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMNISSION: ~. CASE PZ 69-2 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Rich1and Hills met at 7: 30 P .H. JanuaI"J 2.3, 1969 to hear and determine the application of ~fr. E.F. Crites Jr. to rezone the following described property from its present classification of IF-12 One Family Dwelling to a proposed classification of Planned Development. Situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land in the J,1!. This property is North of Haltom-Ranchland Addition, and bounded by Rufe Snow on the East.
