"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the re- gulations herein established." NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CO}rnISSION: · CASE PZ 68-23 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. August 14, 1968 to hear and determine the application of Mr. Jerry Baker to rezone 26.197 acres out of the W.W. Wallace Survey from its present class- ification of "Agriculture" to a proposed calssification of Planned Development. Being a tract of land out of the W.W. Wallace Survey, A-1606, Tarrant County, Texas and being a part of that certain 87.72 acre tract described in deed from W.A. Cohn, Jr. and wife Aileen Cohn to Ray Booth and wife, Lee Booth, recorded in Volume 1507, page 127, Deed Records Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lonsdale Subdivision according to plat recorded in Volume 1862, Page 168, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, a 1" iron pipe standing 950 varas South and 913.14 varas West of the Northeast corner of the W.W. Wallace Survey, A-1606, said pipe also being the Northwest corner of the tract herein described; THENCE with fence line South 89 degrees 48 minutes East 992.3 feet to an iron pin for the Northeast corner of the tract herein described, said pin also being the Northwest corner of a 12.87 acre tract described in deed to Mary Gourley and re- corded in Volume 2721, Page 119, Deed Records Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 1150.0 feet, with fence line, to an iron pin for corner in the North R.O.W. line of Harwood Drive; THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes West 992.3 feet to a 1" pipe for corner in the North R.O.W. line of Harwood Drive; THENCE North, with fence line, an 8.8 feet pass 1" iron pipe, and continuing on a total distance, in all, 1150.0 feet to the point of begiw1ing and containing 26.197 acres of land, more or less. .~) ~, ... The Planning and Zoning Commission wi'th the following members present: Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. James Walker, and Mr. Jo1m Crawford, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of the zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, there- fore, recommends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-23.
