AN ORDINANCE COMPLYIIl1 WITH ARTICLE XXIX, CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI- NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNIll1 AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICH- LAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein es- tablished." NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOILOWIIl1 RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONIOO COMMISSION: CASE PZ 68-24 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P. M. August 22, 1968, to hear and determine the application of Mr. Phil Weaver to rezone 20 acres out of the W. W. Wallace Survey from its present classification of One-Family Dwelling to a proposed classification of Multiple Family Dwelling". 20 acres of land out of the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, Page 363, Volume 12, as follows: BIDINNING at a point 1346.2 varas North and 5.4 varas East of Southwest corner of said survey, same being the Southwest corner of tract of land owned by Rufe Snow and the Northwest corner of a 61 2/3 acre tract of land granted to J. H. Hardesty by partition judgment District Court, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE East with the South line of Rufe Snow's tract 282.3 varas to stake for corner (the same being most Easterly Northwest corner of tract now owned by C. E. London); THENCE South 0 degrees 10 minutes East with most Easterly West line of said C. E. London tract 399.78 varas; THENCE South 89 degrees 27 minutes West with the most Southerly North line of said C. E. London tract 271.44 varas to a point, the same being most Westerly Northwest corner of said C. E. London tract; THENCE North along the East line of a public road 400 varas to the Place of Beginning; containing 20 acres of land, more or less. Being the same property as conveyed to Jessie Ellen Weaver, etal by E. Deavers, et ux, in Volume 2883, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present: Hr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Hr. James lvalker, and Hr. John Craw- ford, voted unanimously in favor of reconnnending denial of this zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Connnission, therefore, recommends the denial of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-24.
