AN ORDINANCE COMPLYIID WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND AOOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established."
N01'l, THEREFORE, THE FOLWWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITI'ED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 69-4
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills
met at 7:30 P.M. February 27, 1969 to hear and determine the application
of Mr. J. C. Hukill and wife Mrs. Pearl Hukill to rezone the following
described property from its present classification of "Agriculture" to
a proposed classification of "Industrial". FIELD NOTES of a 12.712 acre
tract of land out of the F. Wood and J.B. Crockett Surveys, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being further described as follaW's: BEGINNING at a
point in the East line of said F. Wood Survey at it I s intersection with
the Northerly line of S. L. & S. W. Railroad R.O.W.; THENCE South 55° 22
minutes West along said Northerly line of S. L. & S. W. Railroad Company
R.O.W., 226.5 feet to a steel rod; THENCE West, 1269.3 feet to a steel
rod in the East R.O.W. line of Farm-Market Road No. 1938; THENCE North-
erly with said East R.O.W. line of Farm-Market Road No. 1938 and a curve
to the right, radius of 2804.79 feet, chord bearing North 13° 08 minutes
East, a distance of 411.06 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE East,
1363.6 feet to a steel rod in said East line of Wood Survey; THENCE South
0° 22 minutes West, with fence line of said East line of Wood Survey,
271.4 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 12.712 acres of land
more or less. This property is bounded by Davis Blvd. near the Railroad.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present:
Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Crawford, and Mr. James
Walker, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this
zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission,~there-
fore, recommends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning
