AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAMES OF CERTAIN
STREETS ~lITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH RICHL:;ND
HILLS, NAMING CERTAIN STREETS, PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND REPEALING AN ORDINANCE
IN CONFLICT THER~nTH.
WHEREAS, there are a number of streets within the corporate
boundaries of the City of North Richland Hills havinq identical,
similar, or no names at all,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT OR¡)AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, COUNTY OF TARRANT, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the names of the following listed streets between the
limits described are now and hereby chanqed to the followinq listed

The presently unnamed street located adjacent to Blocks IIF"
and "G", "C" and "Oil of the original City of Smithfield Addition
is hereby named SNIDER STREET.
SECTION 3.
The presently unnamed street located Hest of Crane Road and
East of Clift Street is hereby named WALTER STREET.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be cumulative
of all other ordinances of the City of North Richland Hills pro-
viding for the naming of streets, and this ordinance shall not
operate to repeal or affect any of such other ordinances except
insofar as the provisions thereof migh t be inconsistent or in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, in which event
such conflicting provisions, if any, in such other ordinance or
ordinances are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of
this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of
this ordinance, and all of the remainder of this ordinance not so
held to be unconstitutional shall continue to be in full force and
effect.
SECTION 6.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its pass-
age and publication as required by law.
