BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS I COUNTY OF TARRM~T, TEN~S: ~.!.illL-1: ARTICLE XII SECTION 3 of Ordinance No. 331 known as the Zoning Ordinance of 19581 as amended I is hereby amended so that the same shall from and after the effective date hereof read as follows: "ARTICLE XI, LOCAL RETAIL I LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS Section 3. No building, structurel or facility hereafter erected or structurally altered for uee as a business or local retail facility under the terms of this ordinance shall be constructed of any other type construction than Type I Construction, Fire- proof I Type II, Constructionl Fire-Resistivel Type III Con- structionl Heavy Timberl and Type IV Construction, Non-Corn- bustible as provided for in the City of North Richland Hills Building Code known as the Southern Standard Building Code I 1960-61 Revision". Ordinance No. 152 Page Two SECTION 2 Article XIII of Ordinance No. 331 known as the Zoning Ordinance of 19581 as amended I is hereby amended to provide as follows: "ARTICLE XIII I SPEClj\L REGULL"\TIONS PERTAINING TO ALL DISTRICTS Section 9. Fire Districts For the purpose of this Ordinance I there shall be establ- ished two Fire Districts or Zones in the City of North Rich- land Hills to be known as the First Fire District and the Second Fire District. All property zoned "Local Retail-Local Business" under the provisions of this ordinance shall be included in the First Fire District and all property hereafter rezoned "Local Retail-Local Businessl under the provisions of this ordinance I shall automatically be included in the First Fire District. It is further provided that all property zoned Class "A" Residentiall Class liB" Residentiall Class "C" Residential shall be included in the Second Fire District and all property hereafter rezoned Class "A" Residential, Class liB" Residential and Class "c" Residential under the provisions of this ordinance shall automatically be included in the Second Fire District. Ordinance No. 152 Page Three SECTION 1 This ordinance shall become and is effective from and after adoption by the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, and publication.
