ORDINANCE NO. 377
On this the 25thdayof

, 1971, the City
Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, convened in a
Special Meeting, at the regular meeting place, with the following
members present, to-wit:

and with the following absent, to-wit:

constituting a quorum, at which time the following proceeding was had:
Councilman Hubbard introduced an
Ordinance and made a motion that it be passed.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Cato
The motion, carrying with it the pass-
age of the Ordinance, prevailed by the following vote.

against:

AN ORDINANCE
authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Richland
Hills, Texas, to sign, execute and deliver a Deed of
Partition and Quit-Claim for the purpose of convey-
ing the properties of the Tarrant County Water Supply
Corporation and declaring an emergency.
WHEREAS, the City of North Richland Hills is a stock-
holder in Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation; and,
WHEREAS, the City of North Richland Hills has elected
to dissolve the Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation
along with the other stockholders; and,
