August 22, 196$, to hear and determine the application of Mr. F. D. Culp to rezone the following described property from its present classification of Agriculture to a proposed classification of Light Industrial: 5.1$ acre tract or parcel of land situated in the J. M. Crockett Survey and in the F. Wood Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly de- scribed as follows: BEGINI~3ING at an iron rod at a fence corner at the intersection of the East line of State Farm--to-Market Highway No. 1938 with the South line of a tract recorded on Page 445 of Volume 1377 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being 1477.3 feet West of the East line of the said F. Wood Survey; THENCE East along an old fence a distance of 1004.7 feet to the Northwest right-of-way of S.L. & S.W. RR; THENCE North 55 degrees 22 minutes Fast along said right-of--way a distance of 349.4 feet; THENCE West a distance of 126$.6 feet to a point on a circular curve having a radius of 2$04.79 feet; THENCE along said curve and along the East line of said State Farm-to-Market Highway No. 1938 a distance of 200.0 feet to place of beginning, containing 5.18 acres of land more or less. 0.375 acre tract of parcel of land situated in the F. Wood Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and being rc~re particularly described as follows; BEGINNING in the East line of the said F. Wood Survey and beeng about 1320 feet North of the Southeast corner of the said F. Wood Survey; THENCE North a distance of 150.15 feet to the Southeast line of a Covnty Road; THENCE South 55 degrees 22 minutes West along said County Road a distance of 264.3 feet; THENCE East a distance of 217.5 feet to place of beginning, containing 0.375 acres of land more or less. The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present; Mr, Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. James Walker, and Mr. John Crawford, voted • to delete the 0.375 acres from the zoning request. Motion was made by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Crawford. Motion carried unanimously. A11 members present voted unanirr~usly in favor of recommending approval of the remaining property zoning request.
