NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOI~SENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: PZ 6$-27 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hi11s, Texas, met at 7:30 P.M. August 22, 196$ to hear and determine the application of Mr, David M, Sherer and Mr. Joe Donald Meredith to rezone the following described property from its present classification of ~~Agriculture" to a proposed classification of ~~Industrial~~. The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present: Mr. Clarence Fyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. Jams Walker, and Mr. John Crawford voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as submitted, The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-27.
