ORDINANCE NO. 176
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND APPROVING A
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER
I, 1967 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1968.
WHEREAS, an annual operating budget for the fiscal
year October 1, 1967 through September 30, 1968 has been pre-
pared by the City Manager for the City of North Richland Hills,
Texas, and
WHEREAS, said bud1et has been presented by the
City Manager in accordance with the City Charter, and
WHEREAS, public notices of a public hearing upon
this budget have been duly and legally ~ade as required by law,
and
WHER&\S, after full and final consideration, the
public hearing has been held on said budget, and it is the
consensus of opinion that the budget, as sub~itted and a~ended,
to wit:

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT the City Council
of the City of North Richland Hills ratify, adopt, and approve
the budget as filed and a~ended for the fiscal year be1inning
October 1, 1967, through September 30, 1968.
