AN ORDINANCE COlPLTING ~'lrrH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND ABENDHENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COHHISS-
ION AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS, NOm.ffiER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or
change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the re-
gulations herein established".
NOll, THEREFORE, THE FOLLO~"lING REC01:11ŒNDATION IS SUBHITTED TO THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILlS BY THE PlANNING AND
ZOIUNG COHMISSION:
CASE PZ 68-30
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills
met at 7:30 P.M. September 11, 1968 to hear and determine the application
of 1<fr. E.L. Baker Jr. to rezone the following described property from its
present classification of IF-J2. One. Family Dwelling to a proposed classi-
fication of l1ultiple Family Dwelling. Beginning at a steel rod in the South-
\-testerly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 12l-A, 218.72 feet North 89°
37 minutes ~lest and 525.64 feet South 0 ° 07 minutes Vlest of the Northeast
corner of the E.S. Carder Survey; THENCE South 0° 07 minutes Hest along said
~'loodrow ~·l. Latham East line 1087.6 feet to a steel rod in the North right-of-
way line of Bedford-Euless Road; THENCE North 89° 40 minutes vlest along the
North right-of-way line of said Bedford-Euless Road, 218.1 feet to a steel rod
in the Hest line of said Latham tract; THENCE North 0° 06 minutes East along
said Latham Hest line 842.8 feet to a steel rod in the Southeasterly right-of-
\-lay line of State Highway No. 12l-A; THENCE North 40° 32 minutes East along
said highway right-of-way 146.36 feet to a Texas Highway Department Honument,
the beginning of a curve to the right; THENCE Northeasterly along said curve
to the right with a radius of 2116.83 feet a distance of 181.38 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 4.846 acres of land, more or less.
T he Planning and Zoning Corrnnission with the following members present: Hr.
Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, }~. John Sprott Jr., Secretary, }fr. James
~'lalker, and Hr. John Cra\olford, voted unanimously in favor of recommend:i,ng
approval of this zoning rrquest as submitted. The Planning and Zoning
Conmri.ssion, therefore, recoJTh'1lends the approval of the City Council on Plan-
ning and Zoning Case PZ 68-30.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CŒ:1MISSION THIS 11th day of September, 1968
