Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:

ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met
at 7:30 P.I:. October 24~ 1968 to hear and determine the application of ~æ.
R.~·¡. Anderson to rezone the fo11mdng described property from its present
classification of IF-7 One Far'.ily Th-¡elling to a proposed classified of "Local-
Retail1t .

Being a tract or parcel of land out of the L Lynch Survey and being a part of
the 110 acre tract described in Deed records in Vol~tle 29~ Page 441, Deed Records,
Tarrant County ~ Texas and more particularly described bJr netes and bounds as follows:
BEGINlJIIJG at a point 585 feet North and 664 feet Hest of the Southeast corner of the
above described 110 acre tract and being in Harmonson Road; THENC3 \'lest, 85 feet~
THENCE South, 225 feet; TIeNCE :Jest, 95 feet; THENCE South, 360 feet to a point in
the South line of said 110 acre tract~ TPæNCE East along the South line of said 110
acre tract, 180 feet; THillJCE North, 585 feet to the point of beginning.
