Tarrant County, Texas, and on the map or plat of Snow Heights Addition, Third
Filing, which is of record in Vol. 388-22, pg. 70, Plat or Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, each of said additions being to the Town of North Richland Hills,
Tarrant County, Texas, insofar, as said streets, roads or public thoroughfares and
said area for utility easement is located and situated ~ithin the following des-
cribed area being acquired by the State of Texas for road or highway purposes,
to-wit:
Situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:

A tract of land in the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606, being a part
of that portion of said Wallace Survey, deeded to the O. & P. Corporation as
rec. in Vol. 3314, pg. 87 of the Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and
more oarticularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the existing east right of v~y line of Rufe Snow Drive,
said point being on the proposed south right of way line of proposed Loop Hwy.
217 opposite to center line Sta. 890+35.92, and being N 0 deg. 04 min. W 261 ft.

THENCE NORTH 0 deg. 35 min. E along the existing east right of way line of
~ufe Snmv Drive a distance of 390.04 ft. crossing the highway center line at
Sta. 890+38.61 to a point on the existing east right of way line of said Rufe
Snow Drive, said point also being on the proposed north right of way line of
said proposed highway opposite to center line Sta. 890+41.30;
THENCE N 89 deg. h8 min. E along the proposed north right of way line a
distance of 30.0 ft. to a point opposite to center line Sta. 890+71.30;
THENCE S 45 deg. 12 min. East a distance of 28.28 ft. to a point on the
oroposed north right of way line that is 175.0 ft. normal from the center
line of said highway at Sta. 890+91.30;
THENCE N 89 deg. )-1B min. E along the proposed north right of way line a
distance of 672.73 ft. to a Doint ooposite center line Sta. 897+64.03, said
point also being the beginning of a circular curve to the right having a
radius of 5904.58 ft;
THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY along said curve through a central angle of 16 deg.
33 min. 21 sec. a distance of 1706.15 ft. to a point in the East property line
of said O. & P. Corp. tract, said point beinf, on the proposed North right of
way line opposite to center line Sta. 914+19.61;
THENCE S 0 deg. 16 min. 39 sec. W a distance of 365.21 ft. along the said
East property line, crossing the proposed highway center line at Sta.914+70.12
to a point on the proposed South right of way line opposite to center line Sta.
915+23.94, said point lying 41.47 ft. N 0 deg. 16 min. 39 sec. East from a
re-entrant corner of O. & P. Corporation's property;
THENCE in a northwesterly direction on the proposed south right of way line
of said highway on a circular curve to the left having a radius of 5554.58
ft., through a central angle of 17 deg. 35 min. 57 sec. a distance of 1706.16
ft. to a point on the proposed south right of w ay line opposite to center line
Sta. 897+64.03;
THENCE S 89 deg. '+8 min. W a distance of 678.10 ft. to a point opposite to
proposed center line Sta. 890+85.92;
THENCE S 44 deg. h8 min. W a distance of 28.28 ft. to a point on the pro-
posed South right of way line that is 195.0 ft. normal from the center line of
said highway at Sta. 890+65.92;

also being the southeast corner of a tract of land deeded to Corinne Bogart

of the O. & p. COrDoration to a point on the proposed south right of way line

I~EREAS, o. & P. CORPOR~TION, as Owner, has heretofore platted and dedicated the
area and tract of land known as SNOrJ HEIGIITS ADDITION, SECOND FILING , to the Town of
North Richland Hills in Tarrant County, Texas, as shown by the Map or Plat of record
in Vol. 388-22, pg. 68, Plat or Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and has also
platted and dedicated the area or tract of land known as SNOlrJ HEIGHrS ADDITION, THIRD
FILING, to the Town of North Richland Hills, in Tarrant County, Texas, as is shown by
the Map or Plat of record in Vol. 388-22, pg.70, Plat or Deed Records, Tarrant County,

on each of said Maps platting and dedicating to the use of the public the streets,
roads or thoroughfares as sho~~ thereon and also on each of said maps or plats dedicat-
ing the area as shown thereon as easements for the construction and maintenance of
public utilities, none of which roads, streets or public thoroughfares have ever been
laid out or constructed or used by any person as such roads, streets or thoroughfares
and no utilities, whatsoever, have been constructed upon, over, across or under any
portion of the area dedicated as easement for utilities on either of said maps or plats;
and,
~BEREAS, the State of Texas, through its State Highway Commission, has dèemed
it necessary that it acquire the hereinabove described property for road or highway
purposes, and it is necessary and to the best interest of the public that all those
portions of the streets, roads or thoroughfares and those portions of the area dedicated
as utility easements on each of said above described maps or plats of SN~N HEIGHTS
ADDITION, SECOND FILING, to the Town of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas,
and the map or plat of SNOW HEIGHTS ADDITION, THIRD FILING, to the Town of North
Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, insofar, as they are located or situated within
the above described area or tracts of land being acquired by the State of Texas for
road or highway purposes be closed, vacated, and terminated as such streets, roads
or thoroughfares and as such utility easements.

Plat or Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, insofar, as same are located ~~~
