ORDINANCE NO. 196
AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX,
CHANGES AND AMENDߌNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement
or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the
regulations herein established."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 68-10
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. June 27,
1968 to hear and determine the application of
Mr. Joe C. Stratton Jr. to rezone South 33 feet of
Lot 3, and North 67 feet of Lot 4, Block 2 of the
Jack M. Estes Subdivision from its present classifi-
cation of Multiple Family Dwelling to a proposed
classification of "Local-Retail".
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following
members present: Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr.
Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Sprott Jr.,
Secretary, and Mr. James Walker, voted unanimously
in favor of recommending approval of this zoning
request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning
Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of
the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case
PZ 68-10.

the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of AUGUST, 1968, upon second
reading, with 7 Councilmen present and 7 Councilmen voting yes
