constituting a quorum, at which ~ime the following proceedings were had:
Councilman ::Jt<-tf~ /'/j{)¿:'rZ-4- / introduced an ordinance and moved
that it be passed. The motion was seconded by Councilman ~~~~' .
The motion carrying with it the passage of the ordinance prevailed by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Johns, Owens, ~ (}ra1ler ... Campbell and
Mayor Zellers.
NOES: None.
The ordinance as passed is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE
DIVIDING TEE TOWN OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS, INTO ELECTION PRECINCTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TEE TOWN OF NORTH
RICm:.AND HILLS, TEXAS :
The Town of North Richland Hills, Texas, is hereby divided
into election precincts .

That portion of Tarrant County Voting Precincts Nos. 72,
131 and 41 situated within the Town of North Rich1and Hills.

I, the undersigned, Town Secretary of the Town of North Riclùand

and correct copy of an ordinance passed by the Tbwn Council of said Town
