ORDINANCE No.7 7

An Ordinance to abandon the streets, roads, private drives, service
drives and alleys on the tract of land as indicated on Monte Commer-
cial Center, a Subdivision of the A. G. WALKER SURVEY, Tarrant County,
Texas, fully described in Vol. 388-7, page 44, Plat Records of Tarrant
County, Texas;
WHEREAS, the City Council of North Richland Hills, deems it nec-
essary to abandon the streets, service drives, service alleys, as in-
dicated on the plat more fully described by metes and. bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the North line of the A. G. WALKER
SURVEY, Abst. No. 1630, said beginning point being 690 varas
East of the Northwest corner of said Survey; THENCE East,
in said North line of said Survey, a distance of 282.4 feet;
THENCE South 30 02' East, a distance of 887.2 feet to a point
in the center of the Fort Worth-Grapevine Hwy. (State Hwy.
#121); THENCE South 470 53' West, in said center of said
highway, a distance of 444.4 feet; THENCE North, a distance
of 1184 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6 acres
of land, more or less, excepting that tract conveyed to Tar-
rant County by W. C. Key, as recorded in Vol. 1124, page 378,
of the Deed Records of Tarrant County for highway purposes.
The above described land being all of that certain tract of
land conveyed to Mente Ree Cutchins and husband I. W. Cutchins
as recorded in Vol. 1568, page 411, of the Deed Records of Tar-
rant County, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
North Richland Hills that the service drives, service alleys, roads and
streets marked hereon are hereby abandoned. Nothing contained hereb is
to be construed to be an abandonment of any portion of Vance Road, Pipe-
line Road or Grapevine Highway.
Passed by the Council, by unanimous vote bf all present, at i~October
9th, 1961 meeting.
