RESOLUTION NO. 93-20
WHEREAS, the City Manager has purchased two tracts of land for park
purposes which are known as:
(1) Glendawn Joint Venture 14.555 acre tract out of the Mahala Lynch Survey for
$365,145; and
(2) The Engler 57.18 acre tract out ofthe D.C. Manning and L.c. Walker Surveys
for $700,106.78.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of North Richland Hills, Texas, that:
1.
The above transactions and the expenditures made from the City Park Land
Acquisition Fund in connection therewith are hereby ratified and approved.
