WHEREAS, Lone Star Gas Company, on February 6, 1991, filed a Statement of
Intent to charge rates with this City; and
WHEREAS, additional time is needed to study the schedule of rates filed with said
statement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:

The schedule of rates filed on February 6, 1991 be, and is hereby, suspended for a
period of 90 days from the rate effective date for the purpose of studying and evaluating the
proposed rate increase.
2.
The City Secretary is directed to send Lone Star Gas Company a copy of this
Resolution.
