RESOLUTION NO. 89-26
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of North
Richland Hills, Texas, tha.t:
I.
A PUBLIC HEARING shall be held by the North Richland Hills
City Council on the adoption of Capital Improvements Plan and imposition
of Impact Fees for Drainage Improvements. Such hearing shall be heard at 7: 30
P.M. o'clock on the 12th day of June 1989 in the Council Chambers of City Hall
at 7301 N.E. Loop 820, North Richland Hills, Texas.
II.
NarICE SHALL be given of the public hearing as prescribed by
Senate Bill 336,1987 Legislative Session (State of Texas).
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of April 1989.
