RESOLUTION NO. 85-32
WHEREAS, the City Staff has attempted to purchase that certain
33.1104 acres out of the Telitha Akers Survey for the purpose of construction
of a municipal golf course and appurtenances as a city park facility; and
WHEREAS, said tract is required for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of North Richland Hills, Texas, that:

In the event that the City Staff is not successful in negotiating the
purchase of the tract of land described in Exhibit "A", the City Attorney is
hereby authorized to procure said tract through eminent domain proceedings.

BEING a tract of land situated in the Telitha Akers Survey, Abstract No. 19,
City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas and being part of that
certain tract conveyed to Ronald D. Campbell by deed recorded in Volume 7998,
Page 526, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron rod at the southeast corner of said Campbell tract; said
point being in the westerly right-of-way line of the St. Louis and
Southwestern Railroad (a 100-foot right-of-way);
