RESOLUTION NUMBER 82-1
WHEREAS, Texas Electric Service Company filed an application
and Statement of Intent to amend Tarriff with the City on December 9,
1981; and
WHEREAS, time is needed to study such application and support-
ing documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
Such tariff schedule filed on December 9, 1981, be and is hereby
suspended for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from January 13,
1982.
