WHEREAS. Texas Electric Service Company filed a statement of intent to
amend Tariffvith the City on or about December 9. 1981; and

\{HEREAS. the City Council suspended such schedule for a period of 120
days from January 13. 1982; and
~~ERR~S. the City Council needs additional time to study such schedule.
NOW. THEREFORE. be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of
North Richland Hi]l~
. Texas. that:
1.
Such Tariff schedule be and is hereby suspended for a period of
an additional 30 days beyond the original 120 day suspension.
