RESOLUTION NO. 81-11
WHEREAS~ the charges levied by the City of North Richland Hills
to defray certain cost incurred by the City in connection with Planning
and Zoning matters have not been revised in some time~ and
WHEREAS, the cost to the City of North Richland Hills has risen
substantially during that time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of North
Richland Hills that charges for the various activities shall be levied in
accordance with the following schedule:
PRELIMINARY PLAT
FINAL PLAT
$75.00 plus $5.00 per acre or
$1. 50 per lot
$75.00 plugs $5.00 per acre or
$1.50 per lot
$75.00 plus $5.00 per acre or
$1. 50 per lot
$200.00 (letters to be sent by
regular mail)
$75.00 for homeowners and
$150.00 for businesses
$100.00
$50.00
$65.00 per intersection
Plats- $15.00, oversized plats-
$30.00, covenants - $5.00 per page
