Long to rezone Tract 1 and Tract 2, 6.1~ acres, William D. Barnes Survey from Agriculture to 1F-7 and Commercial. Mr. W. H. Long, owner, appeared before the City Council seeking approval of this zoning from the City Council. I1pon a ca11 from the Mayor, there was no one present to ask for denia.]_ of the zoning.
